As the Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this goal by nurturing incoming leads, understanding their needs, and turning interest into impact. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll play a vital role in building rapport, educating prospective customers, and driving growth. Your ability to qualify leads, host engaging discovery calls, and articulate the value of Starshipit will be key to your success.

This is an exciting role where the conversations you lead and the connections you build, help retailers streamline their operations, scale efficiently, and deliver outstanding experiences to their own customers.

 Please note: This role is based in Auckland and requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.

What you'll do

  • Respond to inbound leads from various channels like web forms, trial signups, webinars, and events

  • Engage potential customers through calls, live chat, emails and product demos

  • Nurture leads using automation tools and outbound efforts to book high-quality sales opportunities

  • Use your product knowledge to understand and solve customer problems

  • Understand our Ideal Customer Profile and the buying committee structure

  • Apply a solution-selling approach to uncover needs and align our value proposition

  • Keep your pipeline up to date and prioritise high-impact deals

  • Re-engage cold leads and support outbound targeting efforts

  • Keep our CRM Hubspot up to date with top notch CRM hygiene
