What's the opportunity?

In order to support our growing work load we are looking for a Certified Drainlayer/Supervisor to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

- Certified Drainlayer ticket.

- Industry experience in Civil drainlaying

- A Class 1 full license.

- A class 2 license with WTR licence is preferred but not essential

- Physically fit

- Able to work unsupervised

  • Able to set up job sites

  • Instruct and guide the team

  • Read plans and identify steps to running job smoothly and execute them

  • Planning jobs and ordering - being four days ahead with gear, materials, equipment and process

-Positive attitude, with the ability to be a team player

-Commitment to safety and instrumental in remodeling and training team with health and safety

-Willingness and ability to travel to different sites in Whangarei area as required.

If you are able to prove yourself this role has the potential to move into an operations management type role.
