About the role

Step into an exciting opportunity as a Customer Care Specialist, playing a pivotal role in the Company's National Shared Service Centre located in our Christchurch office. This role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, fixed term for 12 months to cover a period of parental leave.

As a valued member of our team at Morgan Retail, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Care tasks, lead answering incoming calls, managing emails, and correspondence.
  • Executing regular daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and reports efficiently.
  • Proactively assisting teammates and taking initiative in task completion.
  • Delivering exceptional customer care through phone interactions and written correspondence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
