Our Sales team supports our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs, and resources. We help healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the patients' goals in their communities. **Position Overview**: ***The New Zealand pharmaceutical industry is both highly regulated and challenging. Our success largely depends on our ability to build customer loyalty by meeting their needs and focusing on the needs of their patients. This, in turn, will optimize return on investment by remaining true to the company commitment to patients first. Success is often determined by working effectively and flexibly with people from the New Zealand, Australian & regional teams. As the Oncology Portfolio Manager (OPM), your primary responsibility is to manage and implement the sales and customer service offerings. You will be responsible for achieving sales and market share targets and growth in both the private and public health environment. You will be based at one of the leading centers (preferably Auckland) based on the business needs. You may need to work outside of office hours (including travel) regularly and in line with how our customers operate. As the OPM, you must manage effectively and comfortably in face-to-face and virtual environments. The most significant proportion of time will be spent in the field, both face-to-face & virtually, conducting the activities that are identified within the strategic and tactical plans. - You will identify, develop and maintain the existing strategic and tactical plans to drive growth in sales. - You will promote company products to designated customers within a defined geographical territory, which isn't expected to but may change occasionally. - You will implement plans to support oncology products. Work closely with the broader oncology team to support key doctor education conferences across the franchise. - You will build increased customer brand and company loyalty in the franchise, and have intricate knowledge and understanding of key customer needs, which will be combined with a solutions-based approach. - You will exhibit the company leadership behaviors both internally and externally. - You will develop a deep knowledge of relevant oncology disease state knowledge. **What will you do**: ***Customer engagement** - Achieve sales and activity targets throughout New Zealand with identified key accounts - Build trust with customers and demonstrate value-add to deliver high-quality engagements that improve health outcomes - Show effective professional skills that engage customers. Especially the ability to listen, identify, and respond to questions/ concerns - Collaborate closely with customer-facing team partners, including Oncology counterparts and Oncology Medical Scientific Liaisons - Develop and implement critical account plans to achieve agreed sales targets, regularly revising activity against achievement - Maintain up-to-date stakeholder management plans - Build and maintain effective relationships with customers in both private and public settings - Record customer information and interactions within CRM systems (Veeva) to assist in building a single view of the customer about preferences for interaction and digital technology engagement - Maintain a superior level of disease state and product knowledge and a broad understanding of healthcare issues - Ensure effective communication across the organization.
