An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong administrative experience to join our successful and fast-paced team at our Dunedin office. We're seeking a talented administrator who loves turning paperwork into practical systems and processes.

  • Be the internal "go to" person for staff hire system support
  • Invoicing all hire/workshop jobs
  • Hire account enquiries and credit control
  • Liaise with the hire system provider as required on support
  • Hire systems documentation, processes and user training
  • General administration duties as required.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and ability to meet regular deadlines
  • Can demonstrate the ability of working cohesively in a small team as well as the ability to work independently
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • 1-2 years of equipment hire industry experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • A friendly, proactive and professional personality with a desire to listen, understand and assist with all aspects of hire division administration.
