Livestock Administrator

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing administrator to join our Livestock Administration team on a permanent full-time basis in our Vogel Street, Dunedin office.
Tasks and responsibilities
Full range of administration duties include:
- Processing livestock transactions, which often requires thinking outside the box
- Resolving a range of queries from both internal and external customers
- Providing strong administration support and having a passion for numbers
- Working with the wider livestock teams, finance, and our PGG Wrightson clients.
Skills and experience
- A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Great customer service experience and a willingness to go the extra mile to help customers and colleagues
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with accounting software packages and processes
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team but also independently
- Knowledge and experience of the rural sector will be an advantage.
