Are you a people-person who loves creating great first impressions and enjoys a bit of creativity on the side? We're looking for a professional, friendly Receptionistto be the welcoming face of Legal Solutions and help us keep our office running smoothly.


About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that blends front-of-house service, office administration, and marketing support. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience every time they visit or call.

You'll also play a key role in keeping the office organised, supporting the team with day-to-day administration, and contributing to our social media and marketing initiatives.


Your Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Service

  • Provide an exceptional welcome to all clients and visitors, including preparing refreshments and maintaining a professional, inviting reception area.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage messages, and liaise with clients and staff.
  • Manage new enquiries, update client details, and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and client spaces are always presentation-ready.

Office Administration

  • Manage daily mail, couriers, deliveries, and stationery orders.
  • Assist with office supplies, groceries, and general upkeep of the office.
  • Support internal events and functions as required.
  • Provide administration support to the General Manager and wider team.

Marketing Support

  • Monitor and respond to social media activity and client messages.
  • Assist with creating social media content in line with our marketing strategy.
  • Support brand and promotional initiatives across the firm.

About You

You'll be confident, approachable, and highly organised — someone who takes pride in creating a warm, professional environment for clients and colleagues alike. You'll also bring a touch of creativity and enthusiasm for marketing and communications.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative to keep things running smoothly.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
