People and Safety Coordinator

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for people and safety to join our busy team.
In this role you will help foster a safe, positive, and productive workplace culture. This role is responsible for promoting health and safety awareness, coordinating business processes, analysing data, and preparing reports. You'll also support key people-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and wellbeing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Health & Safety Coordination – Preparing reports, analysing incident data (CAMs/SafetyCulture), monitoring actions, assisting with investigations/audits, and managing subcontractor compliance documentation.
- People Processes – Supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions, training programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and staff events.
- Administration & Reporting – Providing general administrative support, maintaining records and databases, and contributing to projects across the People and Safety function.
- Collaboration & Compliance – Working closely with staff to ensure compliance, foster wellbeing, and promote a positive workplace culture.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience in an administration role.
- Have strong computer skills.
- Be competent across Microsoft Office suite
- Have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is constant. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, customers and stakeholders
