In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Governance, Risk & Compliance & Sustainability di Firenze, aiuterai le aziende a trasformare i rischi in opportunità per migliorare la loro organizzazione e l'evoluzione dei loro sistemi di governance, ottenendo un vantaggio competitivo e offrendo soluzioni integrate e approcci innovativi per la gestione strategica del rischio.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • Sviluppo di framework di Governance
  • Disegno e implementazione delle componenti del sistema di controllo interno attraverso l'analisi dei processi, l'identificazione di rischi e controlli e favorendo il raccordo degli stessi nel più ampio sistema di controllo interno e gestione dei rischi integrato degli adeguati assetti organizzativi, amministrativi e contabili
  • Sviluppo di modelli e processi di Enterprise Risk Management integrati (es. Cyber, ESG, Climate Risk)
  • Progettazione, implementazione e valutazione di Sistemi di Controllo Interno in ambito reporting finanziario (SOX, L. 262/05) e non finanziario (D.Lgs. 125/24) in linea con le normative emergenti e i framework internazionali
  • Compliance integrata e Corporate Compliance (D.Lgs. 231/01, Anticorruption, ecc.)
  • Attività di Internal Audit (es. Start-up della Funzione, esecuzione di incarichi di Internal Audit)
  • Studio della normativa relativa al settore industriale e sue applicazioni ad implicazioni sui processi e procedure

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali al fianco di professioniste e professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorerai a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del settore Consumer and Industrial Markets.

  • Hai una laurea magistrale in Economia e Management, Business Administration, Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, Ingegneria gestionale
  • Hai un interesse a lavorare su temi di rischi, governance aziendale e sostenibilità
  • Hai una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un'esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all'estero
  • Hai una ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office
  • Hai Interesse per aziende legate al mercato Consumer & Industrial
  • Hai sviluppato Interesse per le tematiche di business intelligence, data analytics (es. SQL, Power BI) ed Intelligenza Artificiale, la conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione rappresenta un vantaggio

Do Work That Matters - Your Role and Responsibilities

Do you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and your colleagues tackle and solve the most current and complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to support them in transforming their business model, improving and digitizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, and providing support in extraordinary finance operations. Specifically, by joining the Governance, Risk, Compliance & Sustainability Team in Florence, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organization and evolution of their governance systems, gaining a competitive edge and offering integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.

Specifically, depending on the project, you will be involved in:

  • Development of governance frameworks
  • Design and implementation of internal control system components through process analysis, risk and control identification, and promotion of their integration into the broader internal control and integrated risk management system of appropriate organizational, administrative, and accounting structures
  • Development of integrated enterprise risk management models and processes (e.g., cyber, ESG, climate risk)
  • Design, implementation, and evaluation of internal control systems in the areas of financial reporting (SOX, Law 262/05) and non-financial reporting (Legislative Decree 125/24) in line with emerging regulations and international frameworks
  • Integrated compliance and corporate compliance (Legislative Decree 231/01, anti-corruption, etc.)
  • Internal Audit activities (e.g., start-up of the function, execution of internal audit assignments)
  • Study of regulations relating to the industrial sector and their application to processes and procedures

You will be involved in national and international projects alongside highly qualified professionals and will work closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Markets sector.

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

  • You have a master's degree in Economics and Management, Business Administration, Administration, Finance and Control, or Management Engineering
  • You are interested in working on issues related to risk, corporate governance, and sustainability
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are interested in companies related to the Consumer & Industrial market
  • You have developed an interest in business intelligence, data analytics (e.g., SQL, Power BI), and Artificial Intelligence, knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
