Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-impact customer experience solutions? We're looking for a skilled professional to lead complex Contact Centre transformation projects using Genesys Cloud and Engage technologies.

About the Role: In this role, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle — from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. You'll be the bridge between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring every project runs seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Genesys Cloud and Engage implementation projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their call centre operations and business needs.
  • Manage multiple workstreams in Waterfall or Agile environments.
  • Coordinate with technical experts, solution architects, and delivery teams.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work within a vendor professional services environment, balancing commercial and delivery priorities.
  • Understand and navigate government sector frameworks and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology or professional services setting.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of call centre operations and customer experience technology.
  • Experience delivering projects for government clients or within regulated industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
