This is a senior delivery role where you will lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple internal and external dependencies. You will manage stakeholder relationships across all levels, including executive leadership, and navigate dynamic environments with confidence. From investment cases and funding to benefit tracking and budget forecasting, you will take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle. Your ability to understand strategy and priorities and collaborate to translate them into actionable plans that you will manage, enabling an effective and efficient delivery of these outcomes.

For this role we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who brings strong leadership, thrives in complex delivery environments, and can turn strategic intent into clear, actionable plans. We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in project delivery within financial services or lending environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills including engagement with executive leadership
• Experienced in planning and delivering projects in complex environments with multiple dependencies
• Confident in leading teams, taking ownership and driving proactive delivery
• Proficient in developing investment cases, managing budgets and tracking benefits
• Experienced in turning strategy into actionable delivery plans
• Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to integrate feedback into delivery
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and leading change initiatives
• Background in business transformation, customer experience or digital delivery
