What You'll Bring

  • You don't need to tick every box, but success will look like:
  • 8–10+ years in ICT delivery, architecture, or systems leadership roles
  • Experience
    in utilities, energy, telcos or complex operational environments
  • Strength in vendor management rather than large internal teams
  • Cybersecurity understanding and resilience mindset
  • Ability to stabilise environments, improve processes, and build pragmatic governance
  • Comfortable getting hands-on when needed
  • Strong EQ — able to work well with operations, engineering, retail, and senior leaders
