Business Systems Analyst – Build the Foundations for What's Next

This is a great opportunity to play an important role in improving how a national supply chain business operates.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll help strengthen core systems and processes, setting things up for future growth and change.

Understand, Document and Improve How Things Work

  • You'll work with people across operations, IT and other teams to understand how things are done today, document key processes, and find better ways of working.
  • Your focus will be on improving consistency, making systems easier to use, and making sure business processes are well supported by technology.
  • The work you do will help create stronger systems and smoother operations across warehousing and logistics.

Work Together to Deliver Practical Solutions

  • You'll be part of a small, friendly team that values clear communication and initiative.
  • The role involves gathering information, writing up requirements, supporting testing, and helping people use systems effectively.
  • It's hands-on and varied, with a good balance of everyday system support and improvement work.

What You'll Bring

  • You'll have experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, ideally in supply chain, logistics or distribution.
  • You'll understand how ERP or warehouse management systems work (experience with SAP would be helpful).
  • You'll be good at solving problems, writing clear documentation and working with different people across the business.
  • You'll also have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and a practical approach.
