Hibiscus Outdoors range of products will be targeting use outside the home and will cover home and section maintenance along with leisure.  Our offering of larger items will be supported by smaller complementary consumable items.

Job Description

The Sales Specialist will be proactively looking for sales opportunities across our commercial product offerings.  We are looking for a Hunter  They will be targeting lifestyle block, commercial, and farming customers.

Sales Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Having a good knowledge of all products within the Hibiscus Outdoors range
  • Completing regular training to ensure their knowledge of products is kept to a high standard and that they are using the most effective sales techniques
  • Knowing how to use Hibiscus Outdoors business systems to support all areas of the business
  • Being proficient in understanding stock levels and supply timeframes while being able to build a relationship with suppliers that will enable negotiation of competitive pricing for bulk deals and timely delivery of product
  • Proactively contacting existing and potential customers in the lifestyle block, commercial, and farming customer segments to generate new sales leads
  • Understanding customer requirements so that they gain customers confidence, put them at ease, and sell them the most appropriate product for their needs
  • Providing potential customers with on-site product demonstrations where it will be beneficial to the sales process
  • Ensuring that they provide a quality service where customers will want to use the Hibiscus Outdoors service team and be loyal long-term customers
  • Arranging building and delivery of products and being proactive in after sales care to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Being able to complete the sales process in an accurate and timely manner including recording stock sold, selling to customers on account, and taking payment electronically or in cash

Hibiscus Outdoors will operate a collaborative environment and all staff will be trained in retail sales and will be expected to support the showroom when demand requires.
