We are looking for a motivated
Resolutions Officer
to join our
team
Reporting to the
Credit & Resolutions Team Leader
, you will assist the Credit Control team with customer queries relating to invoices and help the Accounts Receivable team with banking during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure disputes are investigated within timeframes and processes are followed correctly
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes
  • Maintain openness to new processes and additional tasks

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Will be a team player and can achieve excellent internal and external customer outcomes
  • Will have intermediate Excel skills
  • Will have high level of attention-to-detail with a process-driven mind-set
