If you are the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly and enjoys a mix of hands-on and office work, this could be the perfect role. We are on the lookout for an organised, proactive Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Christchurch warehouse and distribution centre.

You will take ownership of everything from stock and dispatch to supplier coordination and admin support, helping ensure our customers get the right products, on time, every time.

What you'll be doing

  • Running daily warehouse operations and keeping everything tidy, safe, and efficient
  • Overseeing inwards/outwards goods and accurate stock management
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders on time
  • Coordinating freight and supplier deliveries
  • Monitoring stock levels and reordering to maintain supply
  • Supporting customers with product enquiries by phone, email, or in person
  • Managing invoices, purchase orders, and stock records in the system
  • Helping with admin tasks, reporting, and general team support

What you'll bring

  • Knowledge of irrigation, golf, or landscape irrigation products (essential)
  • Experience in warehouse, stores, or distribution management
  • Great organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using inventory or ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • A practical communicator who builds strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and colleagues
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work (forklift licence a plus)
