About the Role:

Our ideal candidate would love to be challenged by a busy and diverse environment with a strong customer focus. This role and will suit somebody who is pro-active, organised and can work well under pressure. This role will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Navigate varying client portals to assist with maintaining compliance.
  • Manage and respond to client communication.
  • Distribute communications to the relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders and clients for escalations.
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure seamless claim progression.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication for alignment of organisational goals and objectives.
  • Regularly update internal systems to ensure notes are current.
  • Handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships with care and professionalism.
  • Create positive experiences for our valued clients and customers.

  • Exposure to office-based roles is beneficial, but not necessary
  • Previous call centre experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Prior experience in the insurance or construction industry is a plus, though not mandatory
