You'll be the central point of contact for clients such as car dealers, mechanics, and panel beaters, coordinating jobs for the installation team and ensuring everything is scheduled efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer & Job Coordination

  • Scheduling customer jobs and coordinating daily operations using Google Calendar

  • Managing phone and email communication with clients to confirm bookings and updates

  • Quoting jobs for internal and external customers

  • Parts & Supplier Co-ordination

  • Ordering and returning stock with suppliers

  • Identifying vehicle parts for customer repairs or replacements

  • Contacting insurance companies to obtain policy details

  • Invoicing & Admin Support

  • Maintaining planner accuracy for invoicing

  • Following up on outstanding payments

  • Providing administration support to the related business when required

  • Health & Safety

  • Supporting Health & Safety documentation and procedures

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Friendly, professional communication skills with a natural customer focus
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Confident computer skills, comfortable working with digital calendars and systems
  • Willingness to learn and grow your responsibilities across two businesses
  • A positive attitude, great sense of humour, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in customer service or administration (automotive knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
