What You'll Be Doing
Customer & Job Coordination
Scheduling customer jobs and coordinating daily operations using Google Calendar
- Managing phone and email communication with clients to confirm bookings and updates
Quoting jobs for internal and external customers
Parts & Supplier Co-ordination
Ordering and returning stock with suppliers
- Identifying vehicle parts for customer repairs or replacements
Contacting insurance companies to obtain policy details
Invoicing & Admin Support
Maintaining planner accuracy for invoicing
- Following up on outstanding payments
Providing administration support to the related business when required
Health & Safety
Supporting Health & Safety documentation and procedures
What You'll Bring
- Friendly, professional communication skills with a natural customer focus
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Confident computer skills, comfortable working with digital calendars and systems
- Willingness to learn and grow your responsibilities across two businesses
- A positive attitude, great sense of humour, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in customer service or administration (automotive knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
