**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing your local community to:

- **
Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products quickly and efficiently, making safe deliveries to sites and loading/unloading trucks both Carters and Suppliers.
- **
Maintain a seamless Carters experience **by maintaining strong relationships as an ambassador for Carters maintaining store and yard stock levels and product displays.

A team player with the right attitude. **You bring an approachable and helpful attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand and attention to detail, making sure our customers receive the correct products.

A real people person. **You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.

Basic tech skills. **Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills.
- **Physically fit. **For heavy lifting and the physical aspects of being on the go.
- **
Types of licences. **Forklift (F endorsed) desirable and Class 2 licence endorsement is essential, with a minimum of xx years driving experience.
