About the role:
We're looking for a Brand Assistant to support marketing campaigns, content, and events. Reporting to our Brand Manager, you'll help drive awareness, engagement, and customer love. This is a hands-on, part-time role with plenty of variety - from scheduling posts and proofing recipe cards to pitching in at events.
What you'll do:
Marketing & Community Support:
- Manage content scheduling and posting across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with content creation, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor social channels, flag questions or comments, and respond where appropriate.
- Collect and share customer feedback from surveys, messages, and social engagement.
- Help nurture community engagement and represent the Woop brand tone across channels.
Events & Partnerships:
- Support event logistics - from booking venues and packing gear to setup and pack-down.
- Help coordinate collaborations and partner communications in the lead-up to and during events.
- Coordinate weekly in-box samples from partner brands through to dispatch.
General Admin & Projects
- Proof and help prepare weekly recipe cards and in-box flyers.
- Maintain marketing calendars, image libraries, and content folders to keep projects organised.
- Provide administrative and project support to the wider marketing team.
- Contribute to small campaigns and initiatives as directed by the team.
What You'll Bring:
- Currently completing (final year) or recently finished a Marketing, Communications or related degree
- Some hands-on experience managing digital media platforms for a brand beneficial (internship, freelance, or part-time role is great)
- Good writing and editing skills with a friendly, clear style
- Organised, reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (social media scheduling, Canva, CapCut or similar)
- Strong ability to prioritise competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail

This is a part-time role based in our Auckland office, 20 hours per week, flexible across Monday to Thursday.
