About the Role | He kōrero mō te tūranga

We're looking for a proactive Quality and Improvement Partner to join our team in Christchurch. You'll work closely with operational leaders and kaimahi to embed continuous improvement, support service excellence, and ensure quality frameworks are meaningful and effective.

Your expertise in quality processes and systems will help shape how we deliver impactful services to whānau and communities. This is a great opportunity to drive positive change and build capability across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with services to implement and embed quality and improvement frameworks
  • Support services to follow internal processes relating to complaints management, incident management, and privacy
  • Support services to meet regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Lead and support improvement initiatives using evidence-based approaches
  • Build capability in quality and improvement practices across teams
  • Analyse data and insights to inform decision-making and service development
  • Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider Quality and Improvement team

About You | He kōrero mōu

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., quality, health, social services, or business)
  • Experience in quality assurance or service improvement within health or social services
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical improvements
  • Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills
  • Confidence working across diverse teams and engaging with kaimahi and stakeholders
  • A commitment to culturally responsive practice and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
