About the Role?

Reporting into the Fleet Manager you will be based in New Zealand. You will be accountable for all vehicles in maintenance and damage statuses within the lower South Island region, ensuring minimum cost and turnaround time in line with location demands.

Specific focus will be on:


• Effective control and efficiency of fleet maintenance processes


• Managing all fleet maintenance including vehicle sale preparation


• Relationship management and performance monitoring of external vendors


• Monitoring and auditing inventory according to audit schedule


• Continually seeking improved processes to deliver time and dollar savings

About You?

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations and fleet in a similar dynamic environment
  • Works effectively in and across the organisations
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good team worker
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A full and current NZ driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
