**Your new role**

The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective, high-quality support to the Support Services team and wider organisation. This role is responsible for creating an atmosphere that is welcoming and proactively anticipates the needs of our internal customers, specifically in the fleet, facilities, and the document management space.

Responsibilities include providing administration and technical assistance to the Support Services function, responding to internal customer requests and queries, providing support to enable efficient maintenance and management of council plant and fleet, building maintenance and security.

This role is focused on ensuring a high standard of customer service and delivering defined outputs within scope, timeframes, and budget, whilst adhering to relevant Council policy’s, guidelines and procedures and is provided to its stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in admin coordination role
- Be a team player
- Administrative experience
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Experience with MS Office suite of products
