We are looking to fill our Christchurch Ops Manager position.
The Role:
This role will involve managing day-to-day operations during your shift, ensuring the effective delivery of services, overseeing the safety of your team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
As the Ops Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Supervise teams to ensure that all safety standards and operational procedures are adhered to.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with both staff and clients.
- Provide proactive solutions and ensure the smooth running of operations, even in challenging or high-pressure situations.
- Be responsible for monitoring performance, ensuring productivity and safety metrics are achieved, and reporting any concerns or areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to meet company goals and maintain high operational standards.

- Previous experience in traffic management is absolutely essential, with supervisory experience, to confidently guide teams and manage operations.
- A safety-first mindset, ensuring your team is always working in safe and compliant conditions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage conflicting priorities with ease.
- A strong work ethic with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality service.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technology, as we pride ourselves on using industry-leading platforms and systems management.
You will be working 5 days a week, with occasional weekends as needed to support your team.
This will not be your typical 9-5 job, and flexibility is essential
