We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of Commercial Bay, including relationships, lease administration and compliance, reporting and assisting the wider Centre Management team.

The Role:
- Developing a close working relationship with the Centre Manager and Property Manager as well as assisting the wider Centre Management team across all aspects of the business.
- Providing operational support to the Facilities Manager across projects, compliance, and health & safety.
- Providing marketing support to the Marketing Manager across events, activations and retailer communications.
- Assisting with communications and relationships with our retail clients and providing a high level of service.
- Assisting to coordinate and liaise with external consultants and contractors such as leasing agents, designers, project managers and tenancy coordination.
- Preparing and monitoring monthly sales reports and ensuring compliance with our clients on providing sales figures in a timely manner.
- Preparing and monitoring monthly foot traffic reports and analysing trends.
- Assisting to review end of month reporting and preparing monthly management reports.
- Assisting the Property Manager with the leasing process including coordinating lease documentation, proposals and presentations.
- Assisting the Property Manager on the tenancy delivery and coordination process for new retail stores.
- Assisting the Property Manager to liaise and communicate with leasing agents.
- Manage all lease administration and documentation required.
- Assisting to administer all leases to ensure compliance with our clients.
- Assisting to coordinate rent reviews, lease expiries, renewals and maintaining the tenancy schedule.
- Liaising with solicitors regarding all lease administration.
- Assisting the Property Manager with capital expenditure and development projects and ad hoc projects for the asset.
Here's what we need from you:
Ideally, you will hold a tertiary qualification in property and have experience within property management and leasing.
Alongside excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, you'll have excellent time management, great attention to detail and a willingness to proactively contribute to positive team culture by providing a can-do attitude.
