As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial customers through proactive relationship management. Your expertise in credit assessment and exceptional relationship management practices will ensure great Customer Outcomes, while actively targeting and managing businesses with complex needs. Join us to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the strategic direction of our business banking team. 

You will be supported by a Commercial Associate and a team of product partners in our specialist teams, giving you the capacity and capability to grown deeper customer connections and focus on what matters.

  • Proven experience in Commercial or Business Banking, credit, or financial services
  • Strong relationship management capability, with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their business growth goals
  • Expertise in credit and risk assessment, with confidence in structuring complex deals and delivering win-win solutions
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, focused on building trust and adding value
