About the role:

We have an opportunity for a litigation solicitor to work in our Christchurch Litigation & Disputes Resolution team. The team comprises trusted and skilled advocates who use their expertise and knowledge to resolve a diverse and interesting range of disputes. Your day-to-day work will involve legal research, preparing general advice, drafting court documents (including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions), and preparing for hearings and attending as junior counsel. We will also offer you opportunities to get on your feet and build your litigation skills.

Led by Amberley James (Wellington) and Catherine Deans (Christchurch), our team works for clients in both the private and public sector and across the country.

• Health and medico-legal
• ACC
