Graduate Solicitor

We have a rare opportunity available for a graduate or junior solicitor (0-2 years PQE) to join the IP team in our Christchurch office (start date flexible between now and March 2026).

Our globally ranked IP team is one of the largest in the country, servicing plenty of household-name brands from all over the world.  You'll be exposed to work that is challenging and interesting, for a broad range of international and national clients, across all industries. 

The team occupies a unique space between commercial and litigation – your day could involve anything from preparing trade mark applications, to drafting commercial IP documents, to assisting with IP litigation proceedings. 

You'll be working closely alongside Partners and other team members who are invested in your development, learning the ins and outs of a very specialised and technical area of law.
