This is a newly created role for which we want to attract a digital pioneer to develop, implement and execute our digital strategy, technology and campaign effectiveness in an eco-critical market.

Ideally, you'll have some experience in working Trade related categories – but we don't want to deter anyone whose experience has consistently ignited their zeal for business growth and ROI from online channels.

Naturally, you'll be a keen advocate for renewable energy and sustainability.

You will have full ownership of our digital ecosystem from specifying and implementing best-in-breed technology, iterative strategy, execution and data driven optimization. So, you'll be equal parts creative and analytical and be constantly monitoring the digital world for new tools and channel mastery.

It's very much a hands-on role which will encompass:

• Developing and managing the overall marketing business plan

• Overseeing the marketing and advertising budget

• Managing digital and SEO campaigns

• Leading the marketing team (direct reports)

-Brand and Event Manager (Existing role)

-Social Media Manager (new role TBC)
