We are looking for a guest services superstar to join the Whakapapa Whanau for our summer season (November - April) as a Summer Attendant.

The Summer Attendant is a key role in our summer operations, working across multiple departments including Retail, Lift Operations, and Food and Beverage (when required), ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.

The Summer Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries in person, online, and by phone. In addition, the Summer Attendant will be responsible for proficiently handling cash, processing sales and refunds, managing retail stock and safely operating the Sky Waka Gondola.
