About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our operations in New Zealand. This role focuses on gathering, interpreting, and analysing business data to provide insights that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable collaborating across teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and project planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and track business outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in business analysis or related roles is an advantage.
