We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist who excels in providing outstanding service to our guests while supporting our administrative and housekeeping operations. This customer-facing role involves front desk reception, administrative tasks, and assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:


• Warm Welcome: Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional customer service throughout their stay.


• Efficient Check-Ins and Check-Outs: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations seamlessly.


• Administrative Support: Handle motel administrative duties, including maintaining booking systems and promptly responding to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
• Guest Feedback: Evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.


• Marketing Promotion: Promote awareness of the motel through the creation of marketing content and oversight of digital content and social media campaigns.


• Housekeeping Assistance: Collaborate with the housekeeping team and support laundry operations to prepare rooms for guests.


• Team Collaboration: Work together with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the motel.


• Grounds Maintenance: Assist with grounds maintenance to ensure the property maintains a top-class presentation.

• Professional Appearance: Exhibit great personal presentation with a polished and professional demeanor.


• Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a passion for delivering first-class service to guests.


• Flexible Availability: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.


• Physical Fitness: Ability to manage the physical demands of the role, including manual tasks related to housekeeping and laundry.


• Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


• Maintenance Skills: Capability to identify and resolve minor maintenance issues, including basic plumbing and general repairs.


• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English.


• Work Eligibility: Must have legal permission to work in New Zealand.
