The Opportunity

As a Financial Adviser with SHARE in New Plymouth, you'll be the trusted expert for a quality portfolio of clients. You'll provide advice across life and health insurance, while building new relationships and growing your client base.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Advising and servicing an established book of clients.

· Sourcing new clients and delivering clear, outcomes-focused financial advice.

· Preparing compliant, well-researched advice documents.

· Keeping accurate records aligned with SHARE's advice process.

· Staying sharp through ongoing professional development.

· Representing SHARE's brand, values, and culture in everything you do.

· This role also offers a strategic opportunity for future ownership in an established New Plymouth business.

About You

You're confident, driven, and thrive in a performance-focused environment. You'll bring:

· NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5 – Core, Life & Health).

· Proven experience in financial services.

· Ability and qualifications to provide other financial services is a bonus (i.e. Lending, KiwiSaver, Investments).

· Strong analytical skills and empathy to build lasting client relationships.

· Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.

· Solid understanding of NZ's financial advice regulations.
