Insure is a growing financial services business, committed to helping New Zealanders achieve greater financial security. Based in Christchurch, we specialize in insurance, mortgages and retirement planning solutions, with a particular focus on helping Kiwis make the most of their KiwiSaver options.

About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and motivated KiwiSaver Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, guide them through their KiwiSaver options, and help them complete applications that best suit their goals. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, have a strong ability to close with a results-focused attitude, and a desire to genuinely help people improve their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss KiwiSaver opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency.
  • Present KiwiSaver information clearly and confidently, answering questions and overcoming objections.
  • Support clients through the KiwiSaver sign-up and transfer process.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

About You

  • Confident, motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of people.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service; ideally 2+ years in financial services is advantageous.
  • Proven strong ability to close
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A positive team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Must have Level 5 Investment Strand
