About the Role

Step into a pivotal leadership role as our Workshop Controller at Ingham Te Rapa, Hamilton. Leading a skilled team of 7 technicians, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth, efficient, and productive operation of our busy workshop. Acting as the vital link between Service Advisors and Technicians, you'll ensure jobs are prioritised, deadlines are met, and customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate priorities and updates between Service Advisors and Technicians.
  • Maximise workshop productivity and throughput without compromising quality.
  • Deliver customer-focused outcomes through efficient service management.
Skills & Experience
  • Current clean full NZ Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Previous team leader, foreman, or senior technician experience is advantageous.
  • Must currently reside in New Zealand with a valid work visa, if applicable.
  • Strong communicator with integrity and professionalism.
