Acting as the vital link between Service Advisors and Technicians, you'll ensure jobs are prioritised, deadlines are met, and customers receive exceptional service. • Coordinate priorities and updates between Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Maximise workshop productivity and throughput without compromising quality.
• Deliver customer-focused outcomes through efficient service management.

• Current clean full NZ Driver's Licence.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
• Previous team leader, foreman, or senior technician experience is advantageous.
• Must currently reside in New Zealand with a valid work visa, if applicable.
• Strong communicator with integrity and professionalism.
