Each room is conceived to deliver a meaningful experience and strong connection to space.

Hana Lodge, previously known as "Hamurana Lodge" is a luxury boutique hotel with 15 rooms offering an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, fitness centre and games room. Rotorua's city center and Rotorua International Airport is just a short 15-minute drive away.

We seek several passionate Housekeeping Attendant with sound skills and experience in all areas of the housekeeping department.

We need passionate, creative, playful, and confident team member in our team

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform all necessary housekeeping activities to ensure guest rooms are cleaned as per the required standards.
  • Perform public area cleaning tasks when assigned.
  • Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
  • Working in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ability to work multi property when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a housekeeping team or similar (preferable)
  • Flexibility to work including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
  • Physically fit to the role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standards of presentation both for yourself and your work
  • Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN NEW ZEALAND
