Senior Search Specialist

Spark Foundry is looking for a Senior Search Specialist to join their team on a fixed term parental leave contract.

In this role, you would be managing search campaigns for a large international client (with multimillion dollar spend for search annually), setting the standard for search excellence within our agency. You'll play a pivotal part in maximising client search results through hands-on implementation and strategic recommendations. You'll nurture client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimising performance to achieve measurable success. Additionally, you'll spearhead the development of proactive initiatives tailored to client needs, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team to foster growth and excellence. Ideally you have experience working on an eCommerce client in the past.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

You will have excellent knowledge of paid search and relevant platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Google Analytics 4 (Merchant Center & Search Ads 360 would be great extras). You can set up and oversee Paid search Campaigns, identify new opportunities and communicate effectively with clients. It's vital that you can read, assess, and analyse data from a variety of sources & be able to communicate insights to clients through effective emails, presentations and reporting.
