A Little Bit About The Role:

We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive and enhance our agency's organic search capabilities. This pivotal mid-to-senior-level position involves close collaboration with account managers, PPC and social media specialists, content creators, and developers to deliver exceptional outcomes for a diverse client portfolio.

In this role, you'll take the lead on crafting and executing SEO strategies, managing campaigns from start to finish, and providing insightful reporting. With a strong emphasis on performance, client engagement, and staying ahead in an ever-evolving SEO landscape, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that deliver measurable results.

You should excel at both the technical and strategic aspects of SEO and be confident in your ability to own these processes independently. Strong communication skills are a must - you'll need to translate complex data into actionable insights and effectively present your strategies to clients.

This isn't an entry-level or junior position. It's the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as an SEO Executive or Junior SEO Manager who's ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic, high-performing team.

What You Would Be Doing:

• SEO Strategy:

Develop, implement, and continuously optimise SEO strategies tailored to client goals
- Client Communication:

Lead SEO performance reporting and present strategic roadmaps to clients
- Technical SEO:

Conduct audits and implement fixes related to site architecture, speed, indexation and other core factors
- Content Optimisation:

Oversee and advise on content structure, keyword targeting, and metadata best practice
- Keyword Research:

Use tools and intuition to uncover high-impact keyword opportunities
- Tool Use:

Leverage platforms like Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4
- Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and external partners (writers, devs, designers) to bring SEO strategies to life
- Mentorship:

Provide SEO guidance and support to junior team members where needed
- Workflow Management:

Use project management tools to manage and document your workflow effectively

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years' SEO experience, ideally in a digital agency environment
• Strong technical SEO and on-page optimisation skills
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) with the ability of uploading content and handling basic on-page SEO/Technical SEO optimisations.
• Hands-on experience with industry tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog)
• Proficient with Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus points for CRO, local SEO or experience working on international sites
• A strong interest in emerging strategies for ranking within AI search results
