The role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with the option of 32 or 40 hours per week based on your preference. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining time in the office and working from home.
Join our Payroll Team and manage end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple entities within the Wise Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and check payroll accurately and on time
- Manage final pays, extraordinary payments, and annual increases.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Respond to payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.

We're looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a team environment and values collaboration
- Brings experience in a similar role, with knowledge of various payroll systems (Datapay experience is a plus)
- Has a strong customer service focus and enjoys building positive relationships with stakeholders
