**The Opportunity**:
Due to internal succession, we are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our Payroll Manager, and our outsourced provider to deliver a payroll service that is accurate, efficient and compliant with NZ legislation.
In addition, this position will play a key role in the development and ongoing delivery of workforce reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
To be successful in this role:
- You will have strong previous experience in payroll administration and in collating and reporting on HRIS/HR data;
- You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Payroll-related legislation and previous experience with interpreting individual and collective employment agreements;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills are essential, and proven skills in data manipulation would be advantageous;
- You will understand that the key to success lies in our team operating in collaboration with one another and you will naturally have an ability and disposition that enhances cooperation and teamwork.
