Interior Designer – Sales Focus

We're looking for a talented Interior Designer with a flair for sales to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves design, has a natural ability to connect with people, and enjoys turning creative ideas into beautiful living spaces.

About the Role

You'll work closely with customers to bring their interior visions to life — from concept to completion. Your design expertise and product knowledge will help clients make confident choices, while your sales skills will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised interior design advice to retail and commercial clients
  • Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and product selections
  • Drive sales by converting design consultations into purchases
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across furniture and home décor ranges
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team
About You
  • Proven experience in interior design, ideally within a retail or furniture environment
  • Strong sales ability and customer service focus
  • Confident communicator with an eye for detail and presentation
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated to achieve results
  • Confident using computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work at least one weekend day.
  • Physically capable of handling furniture safely as part of the role.
  • Can-do attitude who enjoys working with people.
