Senior Home Staging Stylist – Part-Time

Location: Tauranga & Bay of Plenty Region

Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week (8 a.m.–2 p.m., Mon–Fri)

Start: November 2025 or by agreement

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, design-minded stylist to lead and assist with property installations. You'll help plan furniture layouts, refine styling concepts and ensure every property meets our signature presentation standard.

Every day is different — from dressing a luxury waterfront home to coordinating a compact renovation stage. You'll also mentor junior stylists and liaise with our warehouse and logistics team to keep each project running smoothly.

Experience in homeware retail, visual merchandising, interior-design showrooms or event styling will be an advantage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or assist in styling and presenting staged homes
  • Plan furniture and accessory allocations with the owner
  • Maintain Spacefully Yours' presentation standards
  • Support junior team members on-site
  • Liaise professionally with agents, vendors and clients
  • Help maintain warehouse organisation and stock care

About You
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift medium-to-heavy furniture
  • Hold a full driving licence and have reliable transport
  • Punctual, dependable and comfortable with early starts (from 8 a.m.)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working both independently and within a team
  • Professional, positive and adaptable when priorities change
