Expérience nécessaire

  • Au moins trois ans d'expérience en ingestion, analyse, intégration et gouvernance des données.

  • Connaissance de base de Microsoft Access.

Synopsis of the Role

The Data Management Associate would be working within the Data Contributor Services team, from information provided by Equifax data submitters, the Data Management Associate performs daily, weekly and monthly tasks regarding Top 50 clients' data loading while efficiently and accurately reviewing the processed data. The Data Management Associate is essential to ensuring Equifax data is accurately loaded within our database within the established service levels. The Data Management Associate position is responsible for maintaining quality control, review of client deliverables and providing feedback to customers on data quality and reporting expectations. The Data Management Associate serves as the primary contact for the Top 50 clients and their Sales Associate regarding data loading. The Data Management Associate is accountable for monitoring production data loading errors and rejects and proactively contacting clients on identified issues. This terrific opportunity requires a significant level of creative approach and solution to different business requirements. The Data Management Associate is an innovative problem solver, resourceful in getting things done, and productively works independently and collaboratively. They have an ability to break large complex problems into manageable pieces, strong object oriented concepts, and an ability to dig through large volumes of data to derive meaningful results.

What you'll do

  • Handling the data enrichment of the Top 50 and/or large data customers

  • Coordinate with Top 50 and/or large data customers, Data Quality and IT for new data or current data cleanups

  • Lead and/or contribute to the design and delivery of training sessions delivered online or in person

  • Facilitate the boarding of new Top large data submitters and determine eligibility criteria to promote data into production

  • Advise stakeholders and instruct on utilization of Metro 2 application and requirements

  • Research and contact clients regarding missing data files

  • Complete client setup and configuration changes for live production data files.  Including performing testing on the data prior to loading data in the production environment.

  • Work with internal departments regarding client production files, loading procedures and business rules

  • Prepare resolutions and coordinate appropriate changes of data loading

  • Participate and lead in customer trainings, audits and meetings

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports and triage problems to customer 

  • Recommend responses and continuous improvement actions to data and production issues

  • Serve as an internal resource to assist employees and Manager in the employees' development needs

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Bilingual in French and English with the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing 

  • 3+ years' experience within customer service

  • 3+ years with data ingestion, analysis, integration and governance

  • Beginner knowledge of Microsoft Access

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, independent thinking, collaborative team player

  • Enjoying being challenged and to solve complex data issues on a daily basis
