Answer telephone enquiries, send and receive e-mail. Data entry and administration duties as required. Down loading customer pictures and FTP files.

Anticipate and interact effectively with all staff and visitors to enhance the smooth running and professional presentation of the business.

Any other task as may be reasonably requested by the business.


• Experience with data entry - Attention to detail is critical.


• Excellent communication skills within and outside of the organisation.


• Strong organisational skills – ability to multi-task, prioritise and perform under pressure.


• Proficient with computers and Gmail suite.


• Professional phone manner – diplomatic communication with clients and the public.
