Te mahi/The role

We're looking for two project coordinators to join the Transformation and Improvement team. Working within the Learning Management System (LMS) Project to coordinate activities and tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress. You will have a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of a strategic University project.

Responsibilities include:

•    Actively monitoring aspects of project progress, proactively addressing any potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

•    Providing oversight of budgeting and/or forecasting activities.

•    Collaborating with project teams to ensure project workstreams are delivered on time.

•    Assisting in solving problems that may occur and playing a part in tasks that lead to project completion.

•    Managing project management tools and software, updating and maintaining project information throughout the project lifecycle.

•    Scheduling and coordinating project meetings, capturing actions, and updating project management software to ensure clear and organised records.

•    Providing administrative support to the project manager and team.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Strong administrative background with high attention to detail.

Pūroko/Further details

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12 month fixed-term position, located in Dunedin.

The appointments range for this role is $69,931 to $74,609, Top of Range $80,285.
