**_Store manager's Job description_**
- Determining the selection and volume of goods;
- Ensuring the sufficient supply of goods;
- Ensuring all food recipes and procedures in the in-store production are followed;
- Maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards;
- Tasting food products and beverages regularly for quality assurance;
- Monitoring and implementing ordering, stock and the quality of goods;
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation;
- Planning purchases of goods, ingredients and other supplies;
- Planning in-store marketing;
- Setting prices considering affecting factors;
- Planning and executing in-store sales promotions;
- Communicating all new product information effectively and efficiently;
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, in person and online;
- Liaising with directors, other managers and staffs and suppliers for a smooth store operation;
- Identifying and responding to customers’ requests;
- Overseeing and managing the company’s service;
- Setting up and reviewing the procedures in customer service;
- Following up with customers as and when required to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Handling customers’ complaints and making decisions on remedies if required;
- Supporting the company’s administrative tasks as and when required;
- Proactive in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in carious situations;
- Controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labour, supplies and expenses;
- Planning the budget;
- Optimising the overheads and labour costs by controlling staff allocation;
- Managing financial transactions;
- Maintaining proper loss presentation standards;
- Ensuring all team members are educated on our goods and services provided;
- Assessing the performance of team members;
- Facilities are ongoing training and development of current staff;
- Monitoring, coaching and encouraging team members to meet Hello sushi service standards;
- Being involved in staff recruitment;
- Ensuring the operation is compliant to occupational and safety health (OSH) and protect team member’s health and safety in the workplace;
- Promoting safe work habits and identifying and resolving potential safety hazards;
- Identifying and recording health and safety incidents;
- Ensuring the enforcement of food hygiene regulations including Food Control Plan;

**_ Store manager's Required Skills_**
- Three years work experience or equivalent qualification relevant to assigned tasks;
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment;
- Good command of English to carry out the assigned duties;
- Team workers;
- Knowledge in Japanese food and beverage culture as well as hospitality business in an asset;
- Relevant New Zealand work experience is an advantage;
