A nurse practitioner (NP) is an expert practitioner, providing independent, advanced clinical nursing expertise for patients and their families / whānau.
Te Uru Whakamauora (Healthy Ageing & Rehabilitation) is seeking NPs with gerontology clinical expertise to join our Palmerston North based Interface Geriatrics Service.
This newly established role will work across a range of care settings (including ED, hospital, primary and community care services) to support clinical teams in their assessment, care and treatment of acutely unwell older adults with frailty.
