About the role:

  • Lead and coordinate the morning shift team to achieve operational goals
  • Take ownership of budget, P&L, and performance metrics for your area
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and team performance to ensure targets are met
  • Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all operations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through strong people leadership
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and collaborate with other departments to improve processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements that make a real difference

About you:

  • Proven supervisory experience in distribution, warehouse, or operations
  • Solid experience in budget management, P&L accountability, performance management, and people leadership
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to grow into a Distribution Manager role
