There really is only one question: What impact do YOU want to make? About the TeamJoin a team that is widely regarded as experts and leaders in their field.  We are looking for a Manager to join our M&A Tax team.  You will support clients through M&A projects, and manage a portfolio of a wide range of clients, many of which have been or will be involved in transactions.If you're looking to accelerate a career in tax, deepen your technical tax knowledge, work on exciting transactions with a variety of top-tier clients ranging from multinational corporations through to privately owned businesses, as well as work in a high performing collaborative environment, the Deloitte M&A Tax team is for you.  Job Description What will your typical day look like:Advising clients on all tax aspects of buy-side and sell-side transactions, including due diligence, structuring, SPA/transaction documentation review and W&I insurance process support, as well as internal restructures, capital raising and other "transaction" activityLeading tax advisory engagements, assisting our clients on a wide variety of matters to provide solutions and navigate complexityManaging tax compliance, and returns for your portfolio of clients,  which typically have been or will be involved in transactionsHelping clients navigate the complexities of the corporate and international tax worldGetting to know clients and their businessesInterpreting, analysing and researching technical tax issues (using our AI platform to help)Coaching and developing junior members of the teamInputting into tax policy issuesProviding clients with expertise to help them create value and achieve their commercial objectivesHaving fun with the team Qualifications Enough about us, let's talk about you?
