About The Role
Join Babcock as an Occupational Health Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping a proactive, integrated approach to employee wellbeing. You'll lead injury management and return-to-work systems across Australasia, working closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure best-practice rehabilitation and compliance. This is your opportunity to influence health outcomes, reduce risk, and contribute to a culture of safety and care.
Beyond injury management, you'll drive initiatives in psychosocial risk, drug and alcohol oversight, and health surveillance. You'll be a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering training and insights that improve performance and wellbeing. About You
You are a seasoned health professional with a strong grasp of injury management legislation and workplace safety principles. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing clinical insight with strategic thinking. Your communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders at all levels, and your analytical mindset helps you manage complex cases with confidence. Key Required Skills
- Injury management and rehabilitation coordination
- Return-to-work planning and compliance monitoring
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
- Psychosocial risk assessment and support
- Drug and alcohol program oversight
- Health surveillance and ergonomic evaluation
- Data analysis and injury trend reporting
- Training delivery and education facilitation
Key Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Physio, or related
- Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management or H&S
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
